Funny License Plate #172 – OMG HAHA


Not sure if this driver is just a fan of bringing IM language into everday English, or if they are OMGing how silly, HAHA, their car is. After all, their Smart car has the markings of a cow on it. Makes us wanna change their smart plate to Got Milk.
