Funny License Plate #72 (the totally awesome edition)
What does this license plate say to you? Does it sound dirty? You’re probably thinking the same thing that the DMV thought it meant, but you’d be wrong. It’s supposed to read “I Love Tofu”.
Coffman-Lee, the person who requested this license plate in Denver said that “I’m very expressive. I’m anti-fur, anti-rodeo, anti-circus when they come to Denver, and I thought, ‘Here’s a chance to be positive and say I love something.’”
Gotta love how people interpret these things, too bad for Coffman-Lee though, as her vanity plate was denied by the Department of Motor Vehicles in Denver.
